Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a medical intensive care environment. The role involves managing patients with severe infections, acute respiratory failure, diabetic emergencies, poisonings, or severe organ dysfunction. The RN will provide care utilizing ventilators, continuous drug infusions such as vasopressors, and aggressive medical therapy with a focus on internal medicine and non-surgical diseases.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 3+ years of current MICU experience, current Ventilator experience, EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, active New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, valid motor vehicle for local travel, and must include work history, skills checklist, and supervisory reference within past two years, and all scheduling requests at the time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience and previous MICU experience are preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Block scheduling is not available for this need.
  • A 48-hour guarantee is not available.
  • Time off requests must be communicated and verified at upload; RTO requests after upload or during interview will not be approved.
  • Travelers may be required to work two blocks of key holidays: Thanksgiving holiday and weekend, Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend, New Years Eve through New Years Day and weekend.
  • No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.
  • No billable orientation will be provided.
  • Call and call-back are not applicable.
  • All scheduling requests must be made upfront with the submission; changes after offer or at interview will not be considered.
