Registered Nurse - Night Shift - Rotating Schedule

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 12-hour shifts, including nights, on a true rotating schedule. You will work three shifts per week, totaling 36 hours.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while demonstrating clinical expertise and compassion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective healthcare services. This role requires a proactive approach to patient assessment, care planning, and care implementation, along with compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care options.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Up-to-date immunizations, including Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, with exceptions for medical or religious reasons.
