Job Description

The RN, Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing clinical care to patients in the Trauma Surgical ICU. The role demands a high level of dedication and expertise in managing critically injured or surgical patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care for surgical and trauma ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer appropriate medical interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current, valid Ohio nursing license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association only.
• One year of Trauma or Surgical ICU experience preferred.

Physical Environment / Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 250 lbs. with assistance.
