Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to care for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, progressive critical care, and ICU/PCC environments
• Comfort working with ICU patients in the ED and PACU while awaiting bed placement
• Level I trauma center experience strongly preferred
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission
• Navy blue scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU and critical care environment
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond promptly to evolving clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver care across multiple critical care units as needed, including ICU, CCU, MICU, and SICU
• Adapt quickly to changing patient acuity, unit needs, and travel nursing expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strong clinical standards using Epic
