This position involves providing advanced patient care requirements within the ICU setting, under supervision, ensuring adherence to state nursing regulations and hospital policies. The role includes direct supervision during shifts and collaboration with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current Maine RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications required; Bachelors Degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of ICU experience required.
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will receive a $10/hour lower local rate. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The healthcare provider reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract. Must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Flexible hours are required.
