Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care is needed in Joshua Tree, California. The role involves evaluating, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to critically ill patients on a shift basis. The nurse will supervise staff, ensure compliance with high-quality and safe nursing standards, and support operational resource management at the facility.

Job Details:

  • Shift Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, minimum of 0 years of clinical experience, location in California, and current CPR certification
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU or critical care settings, additional certifications such as CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred
  • Additional Information: The ICU / CCU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level / The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated / The role is accountable to support facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
