Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to critically ill adults, including neonatal, pediatric, and geriatric populations. The RN will execute nursing assessments, develop and revise care plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and delegate appropriate activities to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience, current skills checklist pertinent to ICU specialty current within the last year, valid state license in Minnesota, and certifications in BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with fresh open heart surgery patients, interpretation of cardiac rhythms, experience with Impella and Balloon Pumps, and adult/geriatric population experience
• Additional Information: Candidates may be required to float to other intensive care units such as S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, or S7 MICU if staffing needs arise. A temporary Minnesota nursing license will be accepted if the applicant has applied for a permanent license and holds the temporary license at the time of submittal. RTO (Requested Time Off) requests must be included at the time of submission.
