Job Summary:
The ICU Cardiovascular Nurse in Vallejo, California, is responsible for providing specialized care to patients in the intensive care unit with cardiovascular conditions. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensed registered nurse in the state where care is provided; Basic Life Support (BLS); and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field; two (2) years of recent intensive care unit (ICU) nursing experience preferred; NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred; Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred; dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires candidates to meet the specified licensing and certification standards. Fluency in ICU care protocols and the ability to respond effectively to critical patient needs are essential.
