Job Summary The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care to work a night shift. This position involves providing critical patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards. The candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
Job Details
Position Description: Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Ensures compliance with health care standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience
Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications:
Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience
NIH Stroke Scale (Certificate)
CCRN certification
Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent procedures
Additional Information:
Must have ACLS certification.
Need to be available for a Winter plan.
