Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience required
• Experience in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit environment
• Ability to care for patients with varying acuity levels and complex needs
• EMR experience preferred; MedHost experience is a plus
• Must be available for night shifts and call as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to ICU and critical care patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Support stepdown or other unit needs when floating is required
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
