• Location: San Antonio, Texas 78258, in the desirable Stone Oak area with convenient access to shopping, dining, and major roadways

Job Requirements

• Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing or critical care RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Experience managing vasopressors required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability are essential
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to adult ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer critical care interventions, including vasopressor support, per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR
• Maintain professionalism while supporting unit standards, floating expectations, and attendance policies
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient care
