Requirements:
- 1.5–2+ years ICU experience
- Community hospital experience required
- OK RN license or Compact license
- BLS, ACLS & PALS required
- Meditech experience preferred
- Pending license not accepted
Compliance: COVID & Flu vaccines required; medical/religious exemptions only.
