Job Requirements

• Active RN licensure required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of ICU or critical care nursing experience required
• Strong comfort with high-acuity patient care and changing clinical priorities
• Experience with Medhost preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and provide reliable coverage for a 36-hour schedule
• Must be able to start promptly and meet travel assignment requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Float to stepdown as needed based on unit needs
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication throughout the assignment
