Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratio 1:2.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-36 hours of orientation provided to support your transition

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with ICU background
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:2
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and management of multisystem organ dysfunction
• Willingness to float to similar units (Medical-Surgical, Step-down, PCU, ER, CVICU) with maximum 4-patient ratio when floating
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
