Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU, critical care, or intensive care unit experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• Experience in a medical-surgical ICU environment preferred
• CCRN and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and provide consistent, high-quality patient care in an acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to ICU protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered ICU environment
• Support unit needs during scheduled night shifts and holiday rotations as assigned
