Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Preferred: charge nurse experience in an ICU or acute care setting
• Experience managing Impellas in a critical care environment
• Experience with targeted temperature management (TTM)
• Ability to work night shift schedules and provide care in a high-acuity ICU

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient condition closely and respond quickly to changes in acuity
• Administer treatments, medications, and therapies according to established protocols
• Support complex cardiac and critical care interventions, including Impella management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to promote safe patient care
• Utilize targeted temperature management (TTM) practices when indicated
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit standards of care
