Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient condition, assess changes, and respond appropriately to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
