**Exciting Opportunity for Travel ICU RNs!** **Job Description:** - **Unit:** ICU (650) - **Location:** Aurora, CO - **Shift:** 7P - 7A - **Number of Beds:** 38 - **Trauma Center Level:** II - **Patient Mix:** - Medical - Surgical - Cardiac - Neurosurgery - Post-Operative open-heart patients - VV and VA ECMO, Balloon pump, Impella, and CRRT - **Staffing:** - Total Staff: 125 - Day Shift: 1 Charge, 16-18 staff - Night Shift: 1 Charge, 16-18 staff - Patient Ratios: 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity - **Equipment:** - Stryker beds - Avea ventilators - GE monitors - Baxter IV pumps - Maquet IABP - Vigilance II monitors - Impella - ECMO – Maquet Cardiohelp and Medtronic Vital Flow - NICOM - **EMR:** Meditech **Typical Hiring Profile:** - **Must Have Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of current ICU hospital experience - BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - Meditech experience - CVICU/CTICU experience **Typical Procedures Performed on Unit:** - Bedside procedures such as: - Bronchs - GI Scopes - Chest Tube Insertion - Arterial and Central line insertions - Airway care and frequent drip titrations **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player - Attention to detail **Additional Information:** - Enjoy close proximity to the Mountains for skiing, snowboarding, or hiking! - Work with a warm and friendly team that collaborates effectively! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
