• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Shifts per Week: 3
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule Notes: Weekends as needed; first to float
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Charting System: EPIC
• Orientation: 1 to 2 shifts depending on experience

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care nursing experience required
• Open to first-time travelers seeking travel RN jobs
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to titrate critical drips and manage ventilated patients
• Strong team-player mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced ICU
• Must be willing to float to Telemetry and may float to other ICU locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and manage patients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, sepsis, heart failure, strokes, GI bleeds, and post-code care
• Titrate drips including Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, and Diltiazem
• Assess, interpret, and respond to telemetry strips as part of daily patient care
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, respiratory therapy, and support staff to deliver safe, effective critical care
• Float as needed to support patient care across related units
• Maintain professional, patient-focused care while adapting to changing unit needs
