• Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (Critical Care RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Location: Sanford, NC
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800-$1,890
• Weekend Requirements: As needed / every other weekend
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Orientation: Weekly orientation available
• Duration: 13 weeks

Job Requirements

• Active RN license eligible to practice in North Carolina
• 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• CPI, HWC, or MAB certification required
• Experience with high-acuity patients strongly preferred
• Comfortable floating as needed
• Ability to work in a Cerner environment is helpful

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to ICU patients with a focus on safety and clinical excellence
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a high-acuity critical care setting
• Manage care for patients with respiratory failure and other complex diagnoses
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Support unit flow and patient care needs while working within established ratios
• Provide flexible coverage for floating and weekend needs as assigned
