**Join Our ICU Team – One Amazing Opportunity Awaits!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Starr Regional Medical Center, Athens, TN - **Unit:** ICU - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7:30 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Patient Ratios:** 2-3:1 - **Trauma Level:** 3 **Position Highlights:** - Be part of a compassionate and skilled team dedicated to exceptional patient care. - Work in a dynamic environment equipped for critical care. - Utilize advanced equipment: Ventilators, BiPAPs, IV drips, glucometers, and more. - Engage with a diverse patient population: Adults and Geriatrics (no pediatrics). **Qualifications:** - **Required Certifications:** - BLS - ACLS - NIH - **Experience Required:** - Minimum 2 years in critical care - **Preferred Skills:** - Critical thinking - Strong teamwork and collaboration **Unit Information:** - Currently operating 5 ICU beds with plans to expand to 10 beds in February. - Engage in caring for various diagnoses: DKA, CVA, CP, post-surgical issues, electrolyte imbalances, and more. - Report to Kelley Dockery, Director of Med-Surg/ICU. **Personality Fit:** - Seeking candidates who can thrive in a family-like environment and get along well with others. **Dress Code:** - Scrubs: Any color - Unacceptable Attire: Casual wear **Certification Requirement:** - All Clinical Staff must check against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
