Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CCU) with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage and monitor critically ill cardiac patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation
• Work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including every other weekend
• Float to other critical care areas as needed
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with ventilator management

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Cardiac Critical Care or ICU setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
