Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a TN or compact license and prior travel nursing experience for a 12-hour night shift assignment.

Details

• 21-bed ICU unit within a hospital setting
• Patient ratios of 1-2
• Patient population 18+ including ARDS/pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock cases
• EMR: Cerner
• 12-hour night shift, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
• No block schedule offered; must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs
• Unit creates the schedule
• Weekend shifts required
• Float to Stepdown/ER as needed

Requirements

• Active TN RN license or compact license required on file at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Navy scrubs required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to a diverse ICU patient population
• No time off approved between 9/19 and 10/17 due to Epic Go Live
• Orientation dates limited to 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, or 10/26
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate within a 75-mile radius
