Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Intensive Care Unit position requiring 2+ years of ICU experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• CVICU and Neuro ICU experience preferred but not required
• May float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU within skill set
• May receive Med/Surg or IMC patient assignments if needed
• May be required to float onsite or to sites within 40 miles as needed
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients, with potential float assignments to other specialty units based on skill set
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate
• COVID vaccination is not required
