Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring at least 2 years of experience and willingness to work with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients on an acuity adaptable unit.

Details

• Work in the Critical Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Acuity adaptable unit caring for ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• Floating required onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• No artificial or acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care across ICU, IMC, and Med/Surg patient populations as needed
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
• Local candidates are accepted but may receive a reduced rate based on proximity to the facility
