• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,900 - $2,000
• Setting: Adult intensive care unit with complex critical care patients
• Float: Required as needed to IMCU/Tele and nearby sister units
• Orientation: Provided prior to start
• Weekend Coverage: Required as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS required
• NIHSS required
• TNCC preferred
• Experience with charting systems required; any system experience accepted
• Must be comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients
• Strong critical care skills, including dysrhythmia interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, and ventilator care
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and float when needed
• Compact RN license accepted if active and available at submission

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, stroke, GI bleed, renal failure, and multi-system organ failure
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, arterial lines, central lines, and advanced cardiac support devices
• Titrate cardiac drips and vasoactive infusions per protocol
• Perform continuous assessment, intervention, and documentation to support safe, high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response teams, radiology, and other interdisciplinary partners
• Support safe patient movement, transport, and escalation of care when indicated
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, floating expectations, and required holiday coverage
