Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in the ICU specialty
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand at time of submission
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months
• Ability to work every other holiday
• Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation
• Ability to meet all pre-start compliance requirements and onboarding deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Monitor patient condition, assess changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team to support positive outcomes
• Administer medications and therapies safely while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Respond quickly to patient needs and support evidence-based critical care nursing practices
• Use clinical judgment, strong communication, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate fully in orientation, competency requirements, and ongoing unit processes
