You’ll provide bedside care in a 10-bed Intensive Care Unit with occasional med-surg overflow, supporting patients who need close monitoring and expert critical care nursing.

Job Details

• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Location: Corsicana, Texas
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Shift Time: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Unit Size: 10-bed ICU with occasional med-surg overflow
• Schedule Notes: No block scheduling; no 48-hour guarantee

Job Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably MedHost/Clinician
• Ability to work nights in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Solid-color scrubs required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with complex and changing needs
• Monitor patient status, assess conditions, and respond quickly to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, timely treatment
• Support patients in a 10-bed intensive care unit with occasional med-surg overflow
• Accurately document care using the designated electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence throughout each shift
