• Float Requirement: May float to other critical care areas

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of critical care or ICU nursing experience
• ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical skills caring for critically ill patients
• Experience working with ventilators preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, team-based healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients in an ICU setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications and therapies according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective treatment
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in EPIC
• Support safe patient flow and assist with care across other critical care areas as needed
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in a high-acuity environment
