Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel ICU RN in Warsaw, IN! This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a critical care environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU, focusing on those who are vent-dependent and requiring IV drips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care to patients, including those on ventilators and IV drips.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• May be required to float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry.

Requirements:

• Valid RN IN licensure.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• 1-2 years of critical care experience (no ECHMO or trauma ERRT required).
• Current driver's license.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.

This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The facility features a 72-bed capacity with a 14-bed ICU unit, and you will experience a patient ratio of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on patient needs.
