• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: ICU/CVICU/Surgical/Neuro - Mixed Unit
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: Night
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: No
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Years of Experience: 2+ years
• Float Requirements: Med Surg and Stepdown

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 38
• Patient Ratios: 2/3: 1
• Equipment: CRRT (plus), vents, hemodynamics
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience:
  • Pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities, with a passing grade of 90%
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: CCRN/SCRN, open heart recovery, CRRT
• Type of Patients on Unit: Mixed Unit; mostly medical, with neuro surgery and CV surgery patients
• Personality Fit: Team-oriented and friendly individuals
