Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Edmonds, WA 98026

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Edmonds, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 13-week assignment. Float required as needed to IMCU/Telemetry. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Highlights:

• 13-bed general ICU caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical conditions
• Comprehensive critical care experience including sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, multi-system organ failure, and stroke patients
• Advanced equipment and procedures including IABP, PA catheters, ventilators, and Spacelabs telemetry monitoring
• Interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Compact license accepted for Washington state practice

Requirements:

• Active Washington RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 1.5-2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications required (TNCC preferred)
• Experience with arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration
• Proficiency with ventilated patients, BiPAP/CPAP management, ABG interpretation, and dysrhythmia management
• Experience with any electronic charting system required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
• Must not have worked at this health system within the past 3 months
