Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting across 12-hour night shifts
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts including weekends and rotating holidays
