We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other critical care parameters.
- Manage and monitor patients requiring ventilators and other critical-care equipment.
- Assist physicians with procedures and emergency interventions.
- Provide comprehensive patient care and pain management.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate and support patients and their families.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Active RN license. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. Previous ICU/critical care experience preferred. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
