Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU
• Float to Medical/Surgical Units as required, managing up to 4 or 5 patients
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with medical team members to deliver optimal patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Adult ICU experience
• 2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU
• Must be able to read Tele Strips; Telemetry competency required
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
