Join our dedicated team at WCS Healthcare Partners in Boston, MA, where we provide exceptional care in a Level III Trauma Center – Intensive Care Unit (ICU). We are seeking experienced RNs with a passion for critical care to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU.
• Monitor and assess patients with critical conditions such as DKA, sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, and more.
• Collaborate with attendings and residents, who are present in the ICU 24 hours/day.
• Float primarily to Medical/Surgical Units as required, with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 when floated.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR/Charting System for accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Adult ICU experience required.
• Must have 2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
• Ability to read Tele Strips and demonstrate telemetry competency.
• Active Massachusetts RN License.
• Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
• NRP certification is required.
