Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) setting within a 10-bed unit
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3–1:4 in IMC settings
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed, with patient ratios of 1:5–1:6
• Float to additional facilities as prescheduled, including surrounding regional locations
• Participate in on-call requirements with a minimum 2-hour call-back obligation
• Adhere to all facility policies, including infection control and masking requirements during flu season

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Prior travel nursing assignment experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
