Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly identify changes in clinical status
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient assessments and clinical documentation
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of ICU RN experience required
- Active Ohio RN license or active compact state RN license required
- AHA BLS certification required
- AHA ACLS certification required
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
