Key Responsibilities
- Provide critical care nursing to high-acuity ICU patients
- Perform continuous patient assessments and monitoring
- Administer medications, IV drips, and life-support therapies
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Accurately document patient care per hospital guidelines
- Float to other units as needed (within scope)
- Participate in on-call coverage if required
✅ Requirements
- ✔️ Active Montana RN License (or compact eligibility)
- ✔️ Minimum 1+ year ICU RN experience preferred
- ✔️ASN required, BSN preferred
- ✔️ Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (preferred/required per unit)
- ✔️ Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
