Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of ICU travel nursing experience required
• Strong critical care and high-acuity patient care skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including rotating days/nights or straight nights
• Current resume, references, and skills checklist ready for submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to ICU patients
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary critical care team
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused approach throughout each shift
