Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring critical care experience and a WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Critical Care ICU unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30 with every other weekend and every other holiday required
• May float within skill set to Neuro ICU or Burn ICU units
• May receive patient assignments in Med/Surg or IMC if needed
• May be required to float onsite or to facilities within 40 miles as needed
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• CVICU and Neuro ICU experience preferred but not required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients with flexibility to support other critical care units as needed
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Radius rules apply and may affect pay rate for local candidates
