Job Title: RN - ICU - Contract – MSW

Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, applying the nursing process, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The nurse prioritizes patient care, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures quality and safety practices are followed. Additionally, the role includes operational responsibilities such as charge nurse duties, resource management, and documentation compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) - New York State license in good standing upon hire
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• 2 years of critical care/tele experience
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• 1 year travel experience for Travel positions (not required for Per Diem positions)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• EPIC experience
• Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program

• Schedule: 3x12, every other weekend, variable shifts
