Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring a CO or compact RN license and at least 1 year of specialty experience.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Uses Epic for clinical documentation
• Schedule of 3x12hr Night shifts, 1900-0730
• Weekend requirement of 7 shifts within an 8 week period
• May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications
• May be required to be on-call during a regularly scheduled shift

Requirements

• Active RN license, Colorado or Compact
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA), must not expire prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• ASN required, BSN preferred
• DOB and last 4 of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical duties per state Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ICU patients
• Provide health teaching, counseling, and therapy supportive to patient recovery
• Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former Intermountain permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible for this assignment
