Requirements:
- 3+ years ICU/CCU experience
- 1:2 patient ratio experience
- Active California RN license required at submission
- EPIC experience required per job description
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI
- MAB or VIP
- NIHSS
- CCRN preferred
- Charge experience preferred
Must-Have ICU Skills:
- Ventilator management & care of ventilated patients
- BiPAP/CPAP & HFNC
- Arterial line management & ABG interpretation
- Central lines, PICCs, ports & IV therapy
- Blood products
- Continuous sedation & paralytics
- Cardiac & vasoactive drip titration
- Dysrhythmia interpretation/management
- Multi-system organ failure
- CRRT/CVVHD
- IV insulin protocols
- CVA/acute stroke management
- Hypothermia/Arctic Sun protocol
- Chest tubes
- 12-lead EKG
- Procedural sedation
- FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring
