Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to work weekend night shifts: Friday through Sunday
• Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled critical care nursing to medically complex and critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to urgent clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and clinical findings in Epic
• Maintain a professional presence and follow unit standards, policies, and dress code
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity ICU setting
