Description

American Traveler is hiring a weekend-only Night Shift RN for a Medical ICU position requiring Epic experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• Medical ICU/Adult STAT RN unit
• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend-only schedule covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holiday coverage

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• AHA or RQI-issued certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of consideration
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• US SSN required; Canadian SIN not accepted
• Medical exemption (signed by licensed professional) required for flu declination; personal or religious exemptions not accepted

Additional Information

• Navy blue scrubs required
• No blocked scheduling permitted
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period may result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks
• RTO must be requested at time of consideration
• Local candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible, including those in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington counties
