**Join Our Dynamic ICU Float Pool Team!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse – ICU Float Pool - **Start Dates:** Accepting 7/27 and 8/10 starts ONLY - **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience - PA LINE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (will be assessed during the phone interview) - **License:** Active CA RN License (no pending licenses accepted) - **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - NIH - **First-Time Travelers Welcome:** - Must have experience in a 400-bed or larger facility - **Shift Details:** - Nights, 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - Options for 36 or 48 hours - Weekend commitment required - Full floating requirement: - Will float to MS/Tele/PCU/Overflow units - May also float to Overflow PACU and other applicable areas - **Assessment:** EKG assessment on the first day of orientation (passing score required for contract progression) - **Scheduling:** - No scheduling requests can be accommodated - A maximum of 7 days RTO - No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
