**Join Our Thriving ICU Float Pool Team!** **Job Description:** - **Exciting Opportunity:** Join a dynamic ICU Float Pool and make a direct impact on patients’ lives! - **Start Dates:** Choose from September 28, October 12, or October 26. - **Flexible Shifts:** Work 36 or 48-hour shifts, primarily in the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. - **Diverse Experience:** Float between ICU, MS, Telemetry, PCU, Overflow units, and PACU. - **Essential Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience. - Active California RN License. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH. - First-time travelers welcome, but must have experience in a facility with 400+ beds. - **Special Requirement:** PA Line experience is mandatory (assessed during the interview). - **Requirements for Submission:** - No pending licenses; must be active at the time of application. - Must be available for weekends and floating as required. - No scheduling requests can be accommodated; a maximum of 7 days off. - No time off requests within the first 2 weeks of assignment. - **Orientation:** EKG exam on your first day — must pass to continue. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
