Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery experience and IABP/IMPELLA device proficiency for a 12-hour night shift assignment.

Details

• Intensive Care Unit setting with 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Floating required between ICU and IMCU
• Epic EMR experience required
• Weekly orientation schedule

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting required
• CT surgery experience required
• Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU and IMCU patients, including complex cardiac surgery cases
• 2 holidays required if working through the winter holiday season
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility and local candidates are not accepted
• Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
• Pass/fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing required
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
