Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for night shift work requiring critical care experience with telemetry, arterial lines, and ventilators.

Details

• Work in the ICU with float requirements to CVTU, Tele, NPCU, MPCU, and SPCU when not needed in critical care
• Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend or every third weekend rotation
• Blocked scheduling available for discussion during interview process

Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license in hand or proof of Minnesota license application required
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Experience with telemetry, arterial lines, and ventilators required

Additional Information

• Holiday coverage required as needed by the facility
• Must complete Livescan fingerprinting in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date, per state requirement
• Lab work must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
• Local candidates within 25 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Former permanent staff must be separated from the facility for at least 9 months before returning as a traveler
• Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted, with no RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
